AdSense issues payment to Indian Publishers every month, provided
that the publisher has reached the payment threshold ($100 or more) in
the previous month. Let’s see, in short, What happens when an Indian

the transit status of his/her AdSense Payment Check, once the check
leaves Google Office? How many days does it take for a Publisher to get

What Happens when a Publishers reaches
his/her Payment Threshold ($100 and above)?

Suppose a
Publisher reaches his/her Payment Threshold at the end of August
2009. Google will process the Publisher’s Final Earnings
(which can be $100 or more) and will post it to My Account
>> Payment History Tab, after some days in the Month of September
2009.

Probably by the last week of September 2009, Google
will issue the Payment and this will again be reflected in My
Account >> Payment History Tab:

Before Payment Issued
is displayed, the Publisher will see Payment in Progress written
in the Payment History Page. This means Google is
processing the Payment after verification processes, if any.

Also one can notice a Details link, just after Payment
issued text. When the Publisher clicks this Link he/she will
get following Information:

• Payment
  Type – Which is currently Check for Indian Publishers (for
  other countries it can be Electronic Fund Transfer etc.)
• Payment Date – The Date when Google Dispatches the
  Publisher’s Check from their Office
• Payment Number
• Tracking Number – Google sends Payment to Indian
  Publishers via Blue
  Dart Courier Service.
• Amount in Reporting Currency – Which is in US
  Dollars (USD or $)
• Exchange Rate – The Exchange Rate which prevailed
  on the Day when Google issued Publisher’s Payment in Indian Rupees (See Online Currency Converters)
• Amount in Payment Currency – The Final Amount for
  issued check in Indian Rupees (INR)

Note: The Blue Dart tracking number for Google AdSense check
will get displayed only after few days.

How to Track the Consignment i.e. AdSense Check on Blue Dart

than he/she can track the status of his/her check using website of

How many days does it take to get Publisher’s check cleared?*

Google
make use of Citibank
for paying Indian Publishers. No matter, in which bank the Publisher
deposits his/her AdSense check, he/she will get his/her check cleared in
maximum of 3 Days, provided that Citibank Branch is located in the same
city, where he/she is depositing the check.

In case, the Citibank Branch is not located in the city where Publisher
is depositing the check, then it will take some more days to get the
check cleared.

* Completely depends on the bank where the Publisher is depositing
